I agree that the blade is not Bugis, though it may well be Sumatran. If i am not mistaken many Sumatran keris followed certain Javanese pakem for their blades when under the influence of the Javanese kratons.

the blade looks like Javanese / Javanese influence. The selut / pendokok is peninsular IMO.

This has a toli-toli loop. Does this mean that this piece is ceremonial?
