What a beautiful Persian style powder flask. And made of solid silver no less.
The decoration does seem just a bit on the cruder side, But still wonderful.
I would think Afghan would be as good a guess as any. Difficult to tell with this one.
This "style" of flask seemed popular throughout much of the Ottoman Empire. You see variations made of brass, iron, horn, - and silver.

Again, nice piece for a collection.

it's far too nice to be Afghan.
it's Persian or at least Central Asian...
