Edster
The markings on the blade are a variation of the battle of Omdurman/Khartoum This is definately that style dagger from the late 1890s through 1918 or there about. The workmanship and fine quality are apparent. The daggers that were produced during WW2-1950s were of a lesser quality usually there were made by using a forging die and hot pressed to create the fullers. http://www.vikingsword.com/vb/showth...udanese+dagger http://www.vikingsword.com/vb/showth...udanese+dagger Look at number the number 6 post.
