In real life it is a litttle darker, but not by a lot.
Paid a fiver for it, so no huge investment, but would be interested in other opinions on what it is and where from, though I assume some part of Africa . I sometimes carry it as a walking stick, when portraying a Victorian or Steampunk persona. |

Interesting shaped head
May not be African but South Pacific island? Actually I do have this similar shaped head Zulu knobkerrie in my collection made of two toned wood.
