For posterity's sake, what would the origins of the Silver Surfer be (Aside from Galactus of course, haha)?

(I'm trying to fine-tune my kris origin-sniffing skills :P ) Maranao? Sulu? Maranao hilt with a Sulu blade? These are all the thoughts I have for this sword, but instinct is leaning me more towards just Maranao.

Also while I'm at it, would the scabbard be indicative of origin? What would this one tell us?

For the silver surfer I would say that the hilt is Maguindanao while the blade and scabbard are Sulu.
