Aceh Sikin?

Nice sikin blade.

The handle has nothing to do with the blade and was attached later.
Considering the shape i would guess that the handle belongs on a fancy dinning table attached to a meat carving knife or fork

My own theory is might be a handle is from a very high end umbrella. It is very good quality silver, of superb workmanship.

a very similar sword was posted a while back, LINKY .

one conclusion was someone fitted a burmese silver parasol handle to a sikin blade....
