I concur David; at least with this particular post .

After viewing the other examples posted in The Warung I would suggest you purchase none of them .

Instead use the $$$ to buy Gronemam's reprint and a few other good books on keris .

Learning by uninformed buying is an expensive way to go ...

I've bought one of those before when I was less careful... nice trinket, but as for a high quality knife or a sturdy self-defense blade... NOPE
