I shall do my best to provide a clearer closer pics. Not easy as you imagine....

Maybe you can have a glance to my other thread which is Help for ID - Afghan musquet.

I join a pics of this writing and you would help me greatly to try to translate it.
Maybe it's the craftman's name, maybe it's a city's name...
