Well, if my conversion is correct that puts this blade at 15.7 inches. I wouldn't say that is too long for a Javanese blade. It doesn't seem to have a Balinese treatment to the blade surface either. I suppose Lombok is possible.
I don't think it is very old either. Seems at least into the 20th century. Of course better, sharper photos would be helpful as would seeing it with a proper stain.
