No, i don't think that is the point.
I could swear i saw this piece some time ago in a commercial website. I even emailed the pictures to a (well qualified) member of this Forum, for his apreciation. It can only be the same.
Perhaps dralin23 can post such site link ?

yes fernando, i found these sword offert at an commercial web site and i never thought that it is forbidden to discuss such offerts in these forum. i think these forum with all his members is an good unity for all to ask before you make an expansiv mistake.( i know every collector from us pay some hard worked money for his dream from an great sword ore knife ore what else) but no one must pay his money for storys ore maybe for fake swords. from every sword tell you the seller an great story and an collector say some time to me " these story is the most expansiv part from every sword". i know he told me the truth. if i ask the forum members in these forum because these sword than is it nothing unlawfull for me. we all learn with these question and maybe these sword find at this way an intrested collector...

This above beautiful khanda is genuine and currently offered for sale by the very respectable owner.

The $40,000 reference you refer to on a similar sword was at the Tipu auction sale where two multi-millionaires bid way over a swords realistic value in a bidders war of machoism. Will be a long, long time before that happens again......

This firanghi sword being discussed is currently offered for sale......
