Considering that none of the clothes are original to this blade how would you dress it, what style do you think would be most appropriate to the blade?

I think Palembang dress would be nice

Well, I believe the way you dress the keris if you are a Nusantaran, depends on where you are going to use it. If you are to attend a function, say, in Surakarta kraton function, you could use a ladrangan warangka and Solo ukiran / selut / mendak. Other than that, since the blade is a straight bladed tilam upih, any type of dress would be suitable, IMHO.

I think this was my best deal ever picked up 7 keris blades and a nice Balinese piece for $250

Thanks for the suggestion sounds good to me. I just thought there would be more rules as to what dress is correct for a particular blade type/dapur.
