Yes, it's a Peurise teumaga from Aceh, Sumatra.
Have an identical myself.

Mike, you are right !

I looked in the book 'Traditional Weapons of the Indonesian Archipelago' and found an almost identical shield. As far as I can see, the decoration is the same. Even the diameter is almost identical.
