Dagger ID Help Needed

Robert, I would agree with Ilocano and the rest. I would place this piece at a relatively recent making like the last half of the 20th century made by a local custom knife maker (many around).

Thank you for taking time to help me with this. I had never seen one of these with a stamping on it before. Too bad it is of such late manufacture.
