I'm afraid this is just a plain dagger. Probably made in China, nothing special and as we say here in Holland, thirteen in a dozen. Besides that it's not etnographic.

Well I find the red painted fuller interesting. It is not something you find in the market today, but is seen on antiques. While the knife is certainly not exciting in construction or materials it does show this decorative aspect that I would consider ethnographic and a good link with history.
