Sorry, but I can't help you with the hilt, can't you use the old one for a model?

Hi Galvano, perhaps the cushion is made in the same manner as this one from a Sumatran peudueng .

Good idea Rick, I found one as well. The protection along the hand guard is held in place by two textile buttons, but the rest is not fastened at all.
