Old kind of Mandau scabbard from Kutei

ariel Member Join Date: Dec 2004 Location: Ann Arbor, MI Posts: 5,503	I see that this one also lost the "plug" at the end of the handle. What were they made of? How resilient they were? Is the absence of it a conceivable sign of the age?
