I have no expertise in the quality or antiquity of edged weapons, but I have to say it is very pretty. It has some personality!

hi , thank you very much

it is a hand made koummiya , silver is good arab silver not quality like english or european silver but it is silver!!!!

blade is military blade , tracknless is of 4,3 mm ....it is not deform easyly but very hard and quite sharp....

but is it much in good condition .... i dont understand if it is old or new!!!
for me is a 1950 item....but i dont known it...

please if you have any information post it...

I recognise the photos, even with the copyright photoshoped out, This knife is still listed for sale on Milke Longs website. Perhaps you shoud get him to mark it as sold?

As Item 104676, Moroccan all metal Jambiya dagger with sheath £85.00
Overall length 17 inches and with an 8.5 inch blade, the handle and sheath is formed from white metal and well engraved with floral designs.

So its probably not actualy silver.
