Looks like a piece made by a Spanish company called Excalibur in the mid-1960's - mid-1970's. I believe the company is now known as Swords of Spain and still makes a lot of the same designs. Excalibur's trademark was a pic of the Lady of the Lake's arm holding Excalibur up by the blade. This was etched on one side of the blade's ricasso, and "SPAIN" stamped on the other. I have a similar sword dating to about 1970:
