Got this guy a few weeks ago,I havent seen anything like it before, any thoughts or comments are appreciated.

Hilt is several cast pieces of copper either tinned or plated, blade has same cross section as a Shi sword, and its very sharp.Blade looks plated and is in suspiciously good shape,it looked much older on ebay ,10.25in o/a, very nicely done fox on one side of hilt and hunting dog on the other.Immediately after the war ended ,I have heard that Solingens' factories began producing knives to sell to the allied soldiers,I wonder if this could be from there? Its definately very sturdy and could be quite useful for hunting or fighting. |

for sure) if this could be a stage prop dagger? Something just doesn't seem quite right to be a useful knife IMHO. Rich |
