Hmmm... I remember this lot, the 1st piece looks Javanese to me (although it looks polished). The 2nd piece, looks like a Kelantanese blade from Northern Malaysia, Peninsular Malaysia.

For the hilt and hilt ring, as David mentioned depends on your sheath form. Jawa Demam, Perkaka and Kerdas hilts are suitable types.

Jawa Demam hilt form with suitable hilt ring.
Perkaka hilt form with suitable hilt ring.
Kerdas hilt form with suitable hilt ring.

Some of the other Peninsular hilt-ring (pendokok) form, to consider. [link]

Are you planning to make fittings for the entire blade or just add hilt and hilt/ring. If it is difficult for you, maybe you would want to consider 'give it' to Singapore like Kai did [link].
