Well, I was thinking of the Library of Congress, which is about a mile from my office. I see that they do have that periodical, but only on microfilm. So, that would mean about $12.50 initial copying cost (assuming no mistakes), with a presumably lower cost for copies off that. But the quality off microfilm would be worse. TD |
