This pepperbox is entirely unmarked, there seem to be numbers on the chambers. I only assume 1840s, English ? or Belgian?
The butt compartment to hold caps still had caps inside, exactly as it was found 50 yrs ago. Any information? |

As there are Birmingham proof- and viewmarks besides the n°2 barrel this should be an English product.
