Yatagan(Boka kotorska pala sword)translation can someone help?

I missed to upload it, il upload it with few photos from other knives, there are two main diferences in ears, that grow in four diferences, regular ears, and ears that look similar to birds head, and ivory ears and those made from solid silver, but thing specific for Boka kotorska made weapons is a ball like end on the scabbards, of all Boka made things, palas (yatagan) knives, swords called zapašnjak, long stilleto kind of things called Ledenik, and sailors Boka stilletos, even guns called Ledenice have them.
Silver is solid with deep reliefe, sometimes gilded or nieloed, people mistake them for greek things even persian, but they are not.

Only things from Boka that doesent have a ball at the end is a Boka saber, made for Boka navy, Pala sword with pala handles, and Ledenik with pala handle, it has a stylized finish in several diferent motives, but handle of saber is made in shape of monster aždaja, allso a sword zapašnjak handle is in monster style and some of ledeniks.

On the blades of palas (yatagans) there are only engravings il include picture of my longest one and oldest from my ancestors, or there are silver inlayd flower like things that i realy dont know what they represent.

There is allso picture of saber (monster) handle from maritime museum Kotor.

This pala is a mistery to me, ottoman/persian text and dating on the blade is 30 years older than mounting year which is 1794, text was aded in 1764 if i translated hijri year corectly, but blade with thiner silver decorations on top of the blade back is older, blade is Boka origin with later aded ottoman persian text, so i guess some turkish warrior captured that pala, gave it to smith to engrave it, and then 30 years later to a silver smith to make him new mounting, my translator translated few words, and they are related to uniform colors that montenegrins had, but thats all.
