Default For comparison

This is another koftgari embellished Mughal tulwar from N. India, likely Delhi, late 18th c. into early 19th.
It has notable similarity but not the inscribed characters on the hilt.

The inscription on the guard says

راکیش خان ۲۲۰ روپیه

'Rakesh Khan, 220 rupees'
