Default Parrying dagger

Hello I need a little help with this that I think it is a parrying dagger I want to know what country made it and how old it is and if is true an authentic one. It is 43.7 cm long. Thank you in advance.

Certainly a composite piece. A mixed bag of parts, aspects not found in the period these dagger types were relevant, potentially some Victorian era parts, but I suspect most parts are later.

Can I ask how you came to be in possession of these newly presented items?
They all for the most past seem to have questionable aspects about them, even if some parts maybe period.
