Yes, This shows very similar axes, note they have much larger socket eye diameter than steel hafted ones, to take a larger dameter (and longer) wood haft. The Qajar parade axes tend to have skinnier hafts and thinner blades welded to the socket piece, as they were not intended to actually be used. OP's one looks like a proper weapon one.

The photo of Side A is not so clear, but it looks like the shahada, the profession of faith - "There is no god but God, Muhammad is the messenger of God"

Side B is Qur'an 48:1 - "Indeed We have given you a manifest victory"
