Hi Rick,
The figural hilt is in wayang style identified as Dursasana or Rajamala and generally attributed to Tegal, but similar pieces are also found in Central Java. The warangka is in pelokan/ gayaman style usually attributed to Cirebon or the North Coast, the specific warangka style from Tegal has "hanging ears", see pics. Regards |
