Very sympathetic restoration job! Just the right amount of cleaning everywhere. I'm especially impressed by the way you brought the lock back to life. Well done!

Only for one question. The oxide was removed by electrolysis or by another method. Thank you

Hi Fernando,
Soak parts in WHITE VINEGAR.....I use ONLY white vinegar and neutralise with hot water, then spray with CRC 556, after rubbing with domestic PLASTIC dishwash pad.
