Well Fellas , I have it from a very reliable source

that this is a very recent piece from Madura .
Nonetheless the pamor is interesting and the carving is nice plus I got it for low $'s so overall I'm pretty pleased .

Well, my creed is to always buy quality items, regardless of whether they are recent or not.

Today's make is tomorrow's antique.

And no matter how old an item is, age can't make a mediocre item better.
