Dajak, could you please also post the N Borneo spear as promised?
The last Parang of yours is really interesting.
The hilt looks like a Sangkit but the blade doesn't?
I am also puzzled by the guard?
Could it be a unique, one of a kind, Murut Pedang/Parang?

It is an old sankit probably the first type you see the pakayun blade type 2 and brass guard but sankit hilt

the spear you see between the scabbard and the Sankit

What lovely silver repousse on these pieces. I assume that they belonged to the chieftain/datu class, yes?

Hi Battara sure the piece s with silver and Horn belong to the Upper classs
