IT WOULD BE A GOOD PHILIPPINE ENTRY FOR THE STEAK KNIVES OF THE WORLD CATAGORY THE HANDLE IS NICE AND TRADITIONAL BUT THE BLADE LOOKS LIKE SOMETHING HOMEMADE BY SOMEONE OTHER THAN A PROFESHINAL SWORD OR KNIFE MAKER. OF COURSE IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TELL THE QUALITY OF THE WORKMANSHIP OF THE BLADE FROM THE PICTURES BUT I SUSPECT IT WAS MOSTLY MADE BY STOCK REMOVAL WITH LITTLE OR NO FORGEING WW2 OR LATER. JUST A GUESS FROM THE GUT
