Battara EAAF Staff Join Date: Dec 2004 Location: Louisville, KY Posts: 7,272	Ian I would say no. The former patina is correct for silver. Aluminum doesn't so much patina as it oxidizes into a white powder. So I would say that this is more likely early 20c and not WWII.
