They're Indian. Likely Rajasthan, 1st half of the 19th century.

Thank you very much Oliver for your info. I had thought that they may be Indian but I had no idea of their age and am pleasantly surprised that they are first part of the 19th C, they don't look as if they have ever been used. Do you know whether they were Civilian or Military? Thanks again.
