No, the trigger guard is not movable and so there is no security except the safety position of the cock.
I know that all these pistols are more or less Liège copies of products of English gunmakers signed with the names of famous British gunmakers. So they tried to make better profit because the quality of English firearms has been well known all over the world. One of the most absused names was the one of Israel Segallas - they altered his name in GALLISSE, GALLAS, SEGALAS or SEGLAS and EGLASSE. But Israel Segalas was not the only English name to appear on Liège pocket pistols: James BARBAR and BASKIER of London are also to be found.
If wanted I can show some examples.
