			Yes V&A is museum lite,  designer arty pretty .  The serious stuff is in the British Museum.

			The Victoria and Albert (V&A) Museum removed its weapons collections some years ago and does not intend to display them again. This included the Egerton collection of Indian arms and armor. Apparently these are held in storage somewhere outside London. I don't know if they can be accessed still. Has anyone had recent experience viewing the V&A weapons collections? Ian. |

			CORRECTION:THE ONLY PLACE YOU CAN VIEW THE  V AND A  COLLECTION IS HERE ON OUR LIBRARY. Meanwhile~ I advocate and suggest provision of a bibliography based upon library resources so that it can be automatically generated by Forum Admin...using a basic program (algorithm) to generate ...into the initial thread at each #1.
