I didn't notice the flared edge around the front edges of the cheek plates to accommodate peripheral vision. This is a tad more of an eastern feature although seen on western examples as well. It appears you have the hanging ring at the peak of the helmet for hanging from the saddle when not being worn. These are nearly always missing. Does it look to be original to you Jean?
