The knife / spear with hollow handle and open sheath is Philippine Igorot (mountain people); more to be found here
The other dagger seems to suggest vernacular Scottish or an attempt at same; surely worth investigating, unfortunately forgeries are abundant. |

The dagger with the hollow handle is a hinalung from the Igorot people, Luzon, Philipines.
The dirk looks Scottish to me. Very nice one. |
