in this context of pamor, 'warna' means pamor.
'dwi' = two 'tri' = three 'panca' = five. thus dwi warna = two pamors, tri warna = three pamors, panca warna = five pamors Last edited by A. G. Maisey; 27th September 2015 at 08:03 AM. Reason: after effects of anaesthesia |

Hi Alan,
Am I correct in the application of these words being that it can refer to both a differing pamor to each face and also differing pamors to one face or is there more specific terms when drilling down this much. With thanks Gavin |

no gavin, these terms only refer to differing pamors that are the same on each blade face, when you have a different pamor on each blade face it is called pamor tangkis and is considered to be a protective device against black magic.

On Lombok different Pamor on each blade side is called Pamor Seliwah, according to Ir. H. Lalu Djelenga.
