Scabbard fitting on the next to last picture has numbers: 007.
Oh, my God! It belonged to... You know who! Is there an Arabic equivalent of the letter Q somewhere? |

Oh forgot to mention this bit. There was a similar one in Kuwait (in 2011), priced for a wooping 500$. The blade was really nice, and it was a Qajar piece complete and clean.
I couldnt afford it back then. But that quaddara and a saif sold a couple of years ago by Charles still give me nightmares :-)) |

A.alnakkas thanks for your help. Is this Arabic or Farsi in Arabic script.
Which sold swords were you referring to? That had to be a VERY long time ago! Also, what is making the other script difficult to read? Thanks again! |
