Could never figure out what the "tiger tooth" refers to: incisor ( blade) or molar ( pommel) of the tiger?:-)

time to be pedantic:
i think you mean canine or cuspid, not incisor - which are the comparatively much smaller chisel-like teeth in between the canines. see siberian tiger skull below. pre-molars are also known as carnasals, used to slice meat. p.s.- nice dagger. scabbard needs some tlc ![]() Last edited by kronckew; 23rd June 2015 at 06:11 PM. |
