Oh, Michael Backman told me that he could not ship ANYTHING with ivory to the USA.

Id guess many older dealers all over the world will say that,,,,

But The worlds moving on & the dealers either need to learn the new requirements as well or they will find there out of date,,,

Its rather like when computers or mobile phones first came out...Its learn something new or blend into the past,,
