I agree, some info would be nice, the bottom one appears to be Ottoman, is it rifled?

OK for what it is worth this is what I think to be the origins of the 4 guns, after surfing thru my library.
Top to Bottom
Albanian Rasak Musket
Omani
Algerian
Turkish
Feel free to correct me.

the last one are just my dirty feet
The Turkish ottoman has a nice barrel rifled inside
