Regarding this keris in question, I think that it is also with the demaged scabbard still a bargain, I've seen Coteng handles only sold by much higher prices. And I think that the inscripition on the blade was a essential reason that the selling price rise up like this. The blade could be cleaned very easily and Coteng keris are very seldom on the market.
