Ooh, very interesting piece, the blade has very graceful lines!
The mother-of-pearl looks like a modern addition to the large brass rivets. The style recalls North/Eastern Anatolian and Central Asian types. The integral bolster and thinning tang is very very interesting. Last edited by Emanuel; 4th April 2014 at 01:15 AM. |
