Salaams Cerjak,

The Arabic inscription reads as follows:

In the first line:

" عمل محمد بن عبدالله"

Translation: "Made (or manufactured) by Muhammad Ibn Abdullah"

In the second line:

"السعيد ام"

Translation: "al-Sa'eed Am..."

It seems that you need to photograph the inscription via a different angle so that we could be able of reading the rest of the second line. Remember that Arabic is read from right to left.
