Hi David,
I agree that this hilt is difficult to classify because of its peculiar design, it is probably a quite recent piece but I am not sure, any opinion about the iconography? The second one has a purely floral design, and the third one made from antler? shows eagles and fighting monkeys which are difficult to clearly see on the pictures.
And attached are 2 rare specimens of topi style hilts.
