Aurangzeb, in this case the seller is one of the respected forum members here, and I personally have no reason to doubt his judgement. Of course, it is always great to know not only where a certain piece is attributed to, but also why there exactly.

This is great, this means that I don't have to beat my brains out trying to find where it came from. This is wonderful news that it is Tunisian and that the seller is a forum member so I can trust their judgement!

Dear forum members,
Maybe i should reply regarding this dagger. It is not a matter of judgment, and i certainly do not think that state something as a "tunisian" gives more value. It is simple where it was bought from (in the 70s ) by the guy that gave it to me! By the way, i am currently overseas and i didnt manage to send the package yet! Please be a little patient!
