Not sure about the lens but the exif indicates Canon EOS 5D Mark II for the camera body. I can also tell you it was a 60mm focal length but that doesn't help much.

Cool, another person with a long line of Metropolitan pictures.

The one thing I found the Met was really great for was getting non-standard views of weapons. In some cases, the displays were deep enough that you could see the pieces from the side or bottom, rather than the iconic image that we've see in Stone's Glossary, which has pictures of many of those same weapons.
