Mandaya indeed.

However, I don't think there was a Pan American Exposition in 1904. Perhaps, St. Louis Exposition of 1904.

Gen. Harold Bandholtz or Gen. Harry Hill Bandholtz?

I suspect that all those spears you posted are from Southern Philippines.
