Default A thought

Since The first koummya isn't marked stainless and the blade shows some tarnishing, I'm still thinking 30s 40s.
Can we begin to date undated koummya by their style of dress? I'm not sure maybe the styling is just more regional.
Here are two examples I believe are WWII bring backs . They both have the same baldric styles. the top one, used a bit has very polished blade maker markings look worn off. Is it perhaps stainless?? This koummya has a presentation plate, dated 1943.
